Argh, i'm currently in pain. There's this stupid strain in my left quads that is so irritating! But miraculously, i can still walk properly, hurts only when i run. Training tomorrow still, how to survive. Stretch till cannot stretch anymore still not okay. Now icing it, doubts it helps. Every 10 minute i've to walk to the fridge to get the other ice pack and put the used one in the freezer. I'm resorting to every mean to get my quads cured. I don't even know what happened to it, after warm up, the first runnning step i took, the pain appeared. How sudden right?! First step only leh! Today's so not my day lah.
