Some things aren't as easy as some people think. Things that might seems so ever easy to you may not be the same to others, who see them instead, as a huge obstacle they have to overcome. Getting fed up over their performance doesn't solve anything, and screaming your head off isn't getting anything going. At least try to understand and give them some time to adapt and learn, to give them a chance to show their potential. Getting pissed off and yelling your head off is just gonna bring down their self-esteem, demoralising them, making things worse. On the other hand, try to give some encouragement, something more pleasing to the ears. Leading is not only to get things going, but to give everyone a chance, a chance to do something and prove themselves, not just hogging onto things yourself. Too much of a leader become arrogance, it's just a fine line between confidence and over-confidence. The ability to command in awe of the others not through fear, but the approval of the others, that's what makes a leader so outstanding. :)
