back from yishun stadium. i swear i'm never gonna run 800m ever again. maybe 400m is still acceptable. i was doing fine at the beginning, leading, but started to have a killer stitch, so only managed to jog finish. got second for 100m. the guys did well too, first for 400m, second or third for 200 relay i think, girls got second for 200 relay. track and field people were very fast, seriously, zoom and gone.

training was cancelled in the end, took bus home. had mixed feelings on the bus and on the way home, i shouldn't be thinking so much about it. but, its the one and only thing i thought i had made the wrong choice. i wished i never took the path at all.

training tomorrow, shall focus and concentrate. forget about what i'm thinking totally. but i'm sure, i won't have much strength tomorrow.
